By using Shelter Walk Tracker ("the app"), operated by DW Digital Consulting, you agree to these terms.

What the app is

A tool for animal-shelter volunteers to see which dogs need walks and to record the walks they do. Each shelter is set up and managed by its own admins, who decide who may join.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for activity logged under your account. Shelter admins may approve, change, block, or remove members at their discretion.

Shelter data

Dog information comes from a Google Sheet that the shelter controls. The shelter, not the app, is responsible for its accuracy. Follow your shelter's rules and the color grades and warnings shown in the app; the app is an aid, not a substitute for training or staff instructions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to access shelters you are not a member of, to log activity you did not perform, or to interfere with the service.

Availability

The app is provided as is, without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Shelters should keep their sheet as the fallback record.
